WHAT TO EXPECT
Before you convert.
Extracts positioned text and numbers into cells, with one sheet per PDF page. Best for simple tables. Column detection is approximate; check every value. Original formulas, charts, images, merged cells and workbook structure cannot be recovered.
No OCR is included. A PDF page without extractable text stops the conversion with a clear explanation. This prevents a scan from silently turning into an empty or image-only “editable” document.
